The Rotary Club of Navan

Delighted to Hold the Annual Awards Ceremony for the Rotary Club of Navan Youth Leadership Development Competition in the Ardoyne Hotel. In the picture are the individual school winners. We acknowledge all participants in the competition who were excellent contestants and the standard again this year was  awe inspiring. Transition year students who showed courtesy and professionalism well beyond their years,  we can be proud and much encouraged by this coterie of the younger generation.  The overall Winner Grainne Owens (Eureka Sec School Kells ) represented the Rotary Club of Navan at  the Zone final where she was selected  as a winner. Together with 23 other winners from around the country her prize is an all-expenses paid trip to  Strasbourg and they will also visit Dáil Éireann and the European Parliament Office in Dublin as well as Stormont prior to their departure.  Students will have an opportunity in the European Parliament  to participate in a debate on topical issues. 

We also acknowledge the sponsorship by Credit Union Plus, Earls Kitchen, Bridge View Dental  of the competition, and thank HR Ireland a local company for sponsoring the Room and Refreshments on the Prize giving Night in the Ardboyne Hotel.
